The Hartmann Academy is the digital layer of our programme. International talent learns mobile and at their own pace; as a facility you see learning progress, language level and attendance data at any time in a client dashboard.

Client dashboard
Real-time view for nursing directors: learning hours per talent, telc exam readiness, upcoming availability, risks. Exportable for internal reports.

Frequently asked questions about the Hartmann Academy
On signing the placement contract your nursing director receives dashboard access. We set up roles and permissions together with your data protection officer and sign a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
Entirely in Germany, with an ISO 27001-certified provider. No transfer to third countries; backups remain within the EU.
The teaching language is German. Help texts and explanations are available in English, French, Arabic and Spanish. Legal notices (terms, privacy) are German originals.
Core modules are offline-capable. Language exercises, vocabulary decks and reading texts sync as soon as a connection is available again. Live tutorials still need a stable connection.
