Jan Hartmann founded Hartmann Medical in Düsseldorf in 2019, convinced that international healthcare recruiting needs more than CVs and language courses. It needs reliability, eye-level dialogue, and a quality bar that reaches well beyond placement.
From that conviction grew an end-to-end programme: our own language schools in Tunisia and Türkiye, our own nursing school (IAG) in Düsseldorf, an in-house visa team with direct authority contacts, a 12-month integration accompaniment. All from a single source. And all under personal responsibility.
Today 95 healthcare facilities in Germany trust this model. More than 1,100 professionals and 900 apprentices have entered German wards through our programme. 98% of them with successful recognition.
