Language is the key to recognition and to integration. Rather than outsourcing this step, we operate our own language schools on the ground. Cultural preparation begins with the first word of German.

Each location serves a defined recruiting cluster and hands over seamlessly into the German adaptation programme.
Language school Türkiye
Location in Istanbul with direct access to a teaching hospital. Practical use of nursing vocabulary in the clinical day-to-day, already during the language course.
Cooperation Sprachenakademie Aachen
For talents who are already in Germany or who need a deeper B2 phase. Transition to our adaptation programmes without curricular friction.

Frequently asked questions about our language schools
B1 as the minimum for visa issuance, B2 as the target level for most federal states and nursing chambers. Talents only travel once the required level is certified.
Our own permanently employed language teachers with DaF qualification. Nursing technical language is additionally taught by registered nurses with teaching experience, a double staffing that secures contextual understanding.
telc Deutsch B1·B2 Pflege as standard, Goethe-Zertifikat B1/B2 on request. Both are conducted on site. External examiners come to us, not the other way around.
The platform complements on-site teaching: daily vocabulary, listening/reading exercises, self-tests. Teachers see progress in the tutor dashboard and adapt instruction accordingly.
