Months 1–3: arriving
Weekly 1:1 sessions, technical language drawn from real ward situations, official paperwork, housing topics. Focus: functioning in the daily ward routine.
12-month integration
Integration does not end on day one. For 12 months we accompany every international nurse with language, technical and cultural coaching. The same programme is open to your existing team. Intercultural competence is everyday practice on the ward, not a niche topic.

The programme runs in three time-staggered phases: each with clear goals and measurement points.
Weekly 1:1 sessions, technical language drawn from real ward situations, official paperwork, housing topics. Focus: functioning in the daily ward routine.
Transition to fortnightly sessions. Specialised deepening by ward area. Conflict mediation and team integration as needed.
Monthly check-ins, career perspective (further training, specialist qualifications), long-term retention strategies. Handover to your internal mentoring.
Workshops for your existing teams on intercultural communication, ward dynamics in diverse teams and concrete case studies from nursing practice.
The primary language is German, to consolidate B2 competence. In the early phase we accompany bilingually where useful (English, French, Arabic, Spanish) on legal or critical topics, to avoid misunderstandings.
Ward leaders, practice instructors and registered nurses who regularly work with internationally recruited colleagues. Workshops are compact (4 hours) and take place in your facility.
Costs are included in our standard placement model for the first 12 months. Extensions or additional existing-team workshops are billed transparently by effort.
Monthly status reports with clear KPIs: language competence, ward attendance, collegial integration, talent self-assessment. Retention is measured at 6, 12 and 24 months.
